Voila Afrique was delighted to host six impressive students and two teachers of the East Side Community High School of New York City to a customized culinary experience that included cooking, some storytelling, and learning how to make Jollof Rice, Jollof Tacos, Peanut Soup, and Plantain Fufu. A significant moment was the art of eating fufu, which is swallowed with the soup, not chewed. We thank the team for the memorable visit!
